Join Our Childwatch Team at Burn Boot Camp Winston-Salem!

Burn Boot Camp Winston-Salem is looking for caring and compassionate Childwatch Team Members who have experience caring for children ages eight weeks to twelve years old. We are committed to providing top quality care and a welcoming environment that reflects the Burn commitment to the community. Our goal is to enhance the lives of every child that attends our facility and ensure a safe, engaging, and fun environment.

Part Time Shifts

Childwatch Team Members must be available to consistently work at least 3 weekday shifts per week, plus rotating Saturday mornings.

Available shifts:

• Monday-Friday AMs: 8:15am-10:30am
• Rotating Saturday AMs: 7:45am-10:00am

What You'll Do as a Childwatch Team Member

As a Childwatch Team Member, you’ll play a role in supporting our mission by providing exceptional care for children in our Burn Boot Camp community. Your duties will include:

• Proactively interact with and support children’s activities to foster a safe and enriching environment, focusing on fun and positive play time.
• Organizing and participating in recreational activities, such as games and arts and crafts.
• Organizing and storing toys and materials.
• Greet Members and children before and after workout.
• Overseeing the signing in and out of children for each camp.

We’re seeking individuals who are enthusiastic, dependable, and love working with children. Here’s what will help you thrive in this role:

• A genuine passion for childcare and creating a safe, fun environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable and attentive to children in your care.
• A proactive attitude and the ability to function well in a high-paced environment with children of all ages.
• Previous childcare experience is preferred.
• Must be 18+ to work with children in a childcare setting.

Compensation

• $12.50/hr (contracted work)
